Doing the right things does.?Is your head full of unapplied real estate investment applications? ?Maybe you have the cash and resources needed to do fix and flip but you haven?t done a deal yet.? Perhaps you?re ready to buy that first rental property but haven?t pulled the trigger.What are you waiting for?If you?re still not sure about flipping a house, or renting it out, then find someone that does in your market and ask for help.? Call a homeowner in foreclosure and offer to buy their house.
